CARELINE is an intake, listening, and guidance cell functioning remotely via WhatsApp, primarily supporting women victims of violence and vulnerable persons needing adapted support. We seek someone to coordinate and structure this service ensuring continuity, quality, and responsiveness. Your mission: organize the cell (schedule permanences, coordinate volunteer rotations); ensure internal procedures are followed; apply an ethical framework based on equality and confidentiality.
