Mission description

Support residents during animation, exchange and sharing times in a warm and caring atmosphere. These activities play a central role in daily life by creating social connection, stimulating capacities, offering well-being, and preventing loss of independence. Volunteers conduct activities for facility residents: propose activities adapted to elderly people (cultural, sports, games, culinary, intergenerational), lead workshops, and ensure resident comfort throughout the activity. The organization adapts activities based on abilities and interests.
