Mission description

As a delegation coordinator, possibly in a pair, your main responsibility is ensuring the delegation's development and influence. You have an overview of all delegation activities and work directly with your development manager, sharing challenges and good practices. You recruit new volunteers, integrate them, ensure proper training, support referents, organize regular team meetings, and maintain an up-to-date CRM system.
