I install teleassistance devices in the homes of elderly people

Mission description

Respond to requests from elderly and/or dependent people and participate in setting up teleassistance services. Attend teleassistance service training, receive installation requests from the local ADMR association or departmental federation, explain the service to clients, handle contract signing and installation with subscribers and their relatives, and ensure service follow-up including maintenance requests. The volunteer installs teleassistance at an elderly person's home.
