Mission description

We seek experienced volunteer trainers in areas that help our volunteers expand knowledge and reflect on their role in our mission: conflict management, nonviolent communication, interculturality, relationship with vulnerable people, group and meeting facilitation, popular education, cultural specifics, etc. Methods must be active and adapted to diverse audiences. Solidarités Nouvelles pour le Logement operates through citizen participation of volunteers at all project levels. Growing volunteer numbers and profile diversity make training and reflection spaces necessary.
