I participate in the association's departmental leadership and drive the organizational project

Mission description

Under the Departmental Director's oversight, you'll participate in these missions: drive development, implementation, and monitoring of the Departmental Organizational Project and budget; work with the board on structure and delegation to ensure effective team coordination; oversee proper functioning, especially Human Resources management; and manage institutional relations and external communication. Don't worry—we'll provide specific training when you start, and we'll arrange a transition period if possible.
