Mission description

Are you sensitive to vulnerable people's well-being? Do you have strong listening skills and enjoy advising and guiding? Do you have knowledge in medico-social, legal, or personal care areas? Join the ALMA 86-17 listening center—a helpline for mistreated elderly people and adults with disabilities. The mission involves manning listening phone hours at least once weekly, Tuesday or Thursday mornings from 9am to 12pm, in our Poitiers office. Shifts are always team-based and coordinated by an association staff member. Responsibilities may evolve based on your skills: answering calls, writing reports, contacting external partners.
