I run a welcoming space for young people and mentors at Proxité in Ivry-sur-Seine!

Mission description

For over 20 years, Proxité has worked for equal opportunities in neighborhoods across France, supporting young people aged 11-25 in their education, career guidance, and future projects. We believe no young person should be held back by their social background. We create life-changing meetings between young people who need support, guidance and listening, and committed volunteers by their side. Our work is built on three pillars: individual mentoring with volunteers active in the workplace, group activities to broaden horizons and build confidence, and academic support to accompany young people's schooling.
