Mission description

Accompany a Polaris program participant in building and implementing their professional project. Through regular meetings, help clarify aspirations, needs, and competencies, structure job search efforts, and strengthen employment or training pursuit capacity. This mission benefits asylum seekers and refugees facing administrative, linguistic, social, or professional barriers. Volunteer tasks include regular meetings, helping identify skills and opportunities, accompanying interviews, and maintaining contact.
