Association ProxitéMission description
Proxité is a mentoring association that supports young people in achieving academic, personal, and professional success. Working under the coordination of Proxité's territorial manager for Seine-et-Denis and the mentoring manager for the Noisy-le-Grand area, you will: Welcome young people and mentor pairs twice weekly, 5-8 PM, at the hub, directing them to reserved rooms via WhatsApp. Follow up with mentor-mentee pairs by building and maintaining trust with young people, families, and mentors; monitor meeting frequency and attendance, with follow-ups for absences. Collect monthly activity tracking data for pairs (hours completed, attendance, etc.).
