Mission description

Join RCC to actively support Compiègne young people questioning their educational and professional futures. As a volunteer, you're a privileged contact helping them reflect and make informed orientation choices. You'll join an engaged team with values of solidarity, neutrality, and respect. Your essential role is helping young people understand different pathways, training, and careers, guiding their questions, and supporting them in building orientation projects matching their interests and abilities. RCC is a young, dynamic association recognized by Compiègne's City—you participate in building something growing and developing.
