I become a facilitator of the Mental Health Fresco® in Nantes

Mission description

The Mental Health Fresco® is a 3-hour peer-to-peer collective intelligence workshop for 8 to 10 participants, facilitated by a pair of trained young facilitators. Its goal is to equip everyone to care for their own mental health and others' through awareness, information, and engagement ideas. Using various facilitation techniques and about thirty cards, it explores: What is mental health? What influences it? What strategies help care for mental health?
