EPIDE (Establishment for Employment Integration) supports young people in achieving their social and professional goals through personalized pathways. Volunteers participate in civic actions to become aware of social realities and understand principles like solidarity, respect, tolerance, and national heritage, as well as their rights and duties as citizens. By participating, volunteers also gain personal benefits including recognition and a sense of purpose.
