Main responsibilities: Organization and garden management: Plan gardening times, ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper facility use, and identify material needs. Volunteer animation and mobilization: Welcome new participants, explain tasks, distribute roles, support beginners, encourage everyone's participation, and foster a friendly atmosphere. Garden project development: Propose ideas for ecological practices, workshops, and community activities.
