Mission description

As a delegate, alone or with a co-delegate, your main responsibility is ensuring your delegation's development and visibility. You oversee all delegation activities and work directly with your development coordinator, sharing challenges and best practices. You participate in recruiting new volunteer referents, integrate them, and ensure volunteer training is completed. You support and nurture referents, organize regular team meetings, and ensure the CRM is kept up to date.
