Create connection—either remotely or in person—with an elderly person, someone with disabilities, or in precarious circumstances who suffers from loneliness and isolation. Connection can take many forms: phone conversations, chats over tea or coffee, board games, walks, or other shared interests you decide together. Visit frequency is determined freely by you and the person.
