Mission description

Actively participate in fighting school failure so all children have equal chances—become co-manager in creating a branch in Sète. The branch manager plays an essential role: recruiting volunteers, receiving family requests, meeting with them, and ensuring the child and family are invested in the volunteer partnership while meeting our support criteria. At Friendly Educational Solidarity (ESA), we believe all children deserve equal opportunities. For over 55 years, we've enthusiastically and determinedly supported struggling children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our mission: guide them toward success.
