I help organize a roundtable discussion on climate and food

Mission description

Your mission is to assist the organizer on the day of the conference to ensure it runs smoothly. Several tasks will be shared among volunteers, including: signposting the event, welcoming attendees, seating spectators, and distributing microphones during audience exchanges. The roundtable "Climate, Health and Food: What Will We Eat in 2050?" will take place on October 15th from 7pm to 9pm in Saint-Nazaire.
