Within the Human Resources department of the Convention of Companies for Climate (CEC), your experience supports HR activities and accompanies team organization. The HR department's mission is to care for all CEC contributors (volunteers, employees, contractors) so everyone's engagement is meaningful, joyful, and enriching. Success means happy contributors properly assigned to missions who understand what to do and how to do it, plus implementing strategic HR policies.
