R2E annually offers training programs for teachers and education personnel to guide students' school orientation thinking. Seek volunteer trainers—active or retired teachers, education or orientation professionals, or like-minded people. As an R2E volunteer trainer, co-lead sessions on: building and supporting all students' orientation projects (core training), promoting gender equality in orientation, or using artificial intelligence in education.
