Guide and motivate volunteers at events (shows, neighborhood celebrations, urban workshops). You coordinate different work areas (reception, stands, logistics) to ensure smooth and joyful event flow. You're the direct contact for volunteers: welcoming them, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring everyone feels integrated and respected. You actively contribute to the event's success by handling unexpected issues and upholding Yes Afrique's values of solidarity and diversity. This develops your human management skills in a welcoming and festive environment.
