The Paris Amateur Symphony Orchestra, declared in July 2025, seeks a session secretary for its General Assembly. Your objective is to record decisions made by the assembly for each agenda resolution. Your role includes managing all administrative tasks: updating member lists, maintaining registers and archives, and managing official documents. For General Assemblies, you'll prepare convocations, draft minutes, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and participate in follow-up.
