Mission description

A leader's primary mission is making young people dream by preparing games, outings, and imaginative activities, guiding youth, ensuring safety, and fostering growth. No prior scouting experience needed—just be dynamic, motivated, and have time available (about one weekend monthly and 2 weeks in summer). Leaders can be trained and supported by the movement. Leadership experience is a valuable asset on a resume.
