I recruit activity leaders willing to supervise outdoor activities and learn about scouting

Mission description

Animation positions for leaders already trained or wanting to complete their BAFA (training funded by the association) to supervise ages 7-11, 11-15, and 15-18. Commitment is yearly with weekend meetings monthly and a three-week camp in July. Internal training and preparation meeting attendance are required. Volunteers join the animation leadership team, prepare activities according to educational goals for their group with team partners, attend monthly preparation meetings and institutional meetings as possible. As a member, you contribute to the association's values and vision.
