Mission description

Receive over-indebted individuals in individual interviews: listen and provide advice. This is rewarding volunteer work with great diversity—each situation is unique and requires reflection. There's no routine, you learn much from varied fields, and you feel truly useful. However, it requires a long-term commitment (minimum 2 years) due to relatively lengthy training (about 10 sessions working alongside an experienced volunteer). After internal training, you'll hold office hours where you receive people in financial difficulty.
