Mission description

As delegation coordinator (solo or co-coordinator), you oversee delegation development and visibility, maintaining a global vision of all activities. Work directly with your development officer to report challenges and share best practices. Recruit new volunteers, ensure proper training pathways, support and nurture the team through regular meetings, and maintain accurate CRM data.
