Arrange professional boiler and chimney servicing, fuel tank filling annually, basement and garage upkeep, snow removal with resident help if necessary, and request quotes for non-volunteer work. Welcome service providers, report necessary work and issues to the property manager, inform the house treasurer of expenses, and establish a maintenance budget with the treasurer.
