I care for children from families in precarious situations in Lyon
Le Foyer Notre-Dame des Sans-AbriMission description
In a shelter, I care for children from precarious families to give parents time and support nearby, and help social workers. Integration happens gradually with the team. These are mainly young children (walking age). Childcare happens as a team with volunteers and staff. With social worker support, I participate in parent-child exchanges collaboratively for the child's well-being. If available, I also help with special events at the residence serving children and families.
