Support a refugee through administrative procedures

Mission description

The goal of this mission is to help refugees navigate administrative procedures, an essential aspect of their integration. You will work directly with beneficiaries to assist them with administrative tasks, including: understanding and drafting administrative letters and documents, scheduling appointments with public services, and preparing or verifying administrative files (applications for supplemental health coverage, residency permits, housing requests, activity bonuses, etc.). An interpreter will be provided when needed.
