In critical care, patients and families experience intense moments. The care log preserves the lived story, brings comfort, and facilitates communication between caregivers, families, and patients. Your role is to support journal writing: writing assistance, proofreading, help expressing thoughts. This mission requires listening, kindness, and respect for privacy. It's part of humanized care where writing becomes a tool for connection, memory, and peace. Your tasks include: supporting families in writing (listening, support, rephrasing if needed) and helping record certain elements appropriately.
