I support young people and seniors toward employment

Mission description

As a retired volunteer at EGEE, support young people and seniors entering the workforce or returning to work. Working with partners (France Travail, Local Missions, CCAS, communities), help each person find the job or business that suits them. Main interventions include: highlighting skills, restoring confidence, helping define career or business creation projects, preparing for job search techniques. Share your expertise to develop these actions.
