Mission description

As a unit leadership team member in a local scout group, ensure quality animation and supervision for youth. Your mission: contribute to implementing a collective project, organize educational activities (games, campfires, nature, crafts, sports, spirituality), manage daily life, communicate with families, and monitor individual progress. Live a collective adventure, share good moments, support youth development and independence in a cooperative, welcoming atmosphere. Activities occur half-days (usually Saturday afternoons), full days, or weekends following a set schedule.
