I welcome and guide people at a reception desk in-person or by phone

Mission description

This mission aims to combat isolation and loneliness among people we serve and provide specific information during dedicated office hours. You'll welcome and inform the public during our reception hours. You'll choose a time slot to staff in-person and/or phone reception. Depending on needs, your role may include welcoming people warmly and without judgment, offering refreshments, listening, providing information, or redirecting them to appropriate resources.
