Mission description

FTS is launching and building its team and resources progressively. Early volunteers participate in constructing and improving tools in close cooperation with leadership and the board. The role is primarily operational and collaborative, with impact based on initiative and teamwork. We seek people ready to engage from the start in a co-construction approach. No specific skills required—we need motivation, availability, ideas, and energy.
