Participate in the association's flagship activity: the Host Table. This is a moment of conviviality and exchange where members (adults with disabilities from brain injury) cook with or without the help of able-bodied volunteers before dining together. Your role is to encourage independence, help with tasks (holding vegetables to cut, ensuring recipes are followed correctly). Everyone has a role in the group and can find their place as an initiator or as a steady support.
