I help LAB² build its socio-economic model

Mission description

LAB² is a research-action association in agroecology. We develop CLARA, a scientific knowledge platform; Caillou, a management tool for diversified farms; and awareness campaigns and field projects. These projects currently rely mainly on volunteers. We're seeking an experienced person to help us build a sustainable economic model that aligns with our non-profit status. You will help us analyze our activities, identify beneficiaries and potential clients and funders, determine what should be free, subsidized or paid, propose suitable revenue sources, and estimate costs and funding needs.
