I become an activity leader for young scouts and guides aged 11 to 13

Mission description

As a member of the leadership team within the unit, my mission is to ensure quality activities and supervision for the young people in my care. My mission includes: Contributing to the implementation of an educational project; Organizing educational activities (games, evening events, nature, crafts, sports or spiritual activities); Supervising daily life; Communicating with families; Monitoring each child's and young person's progress. Scouting offers our young scouts, guides and leaders the opportunity to flourish and enrich themselves through contact with others. To provide quality scouting, our group financially supports various trainings including BAFA certification.
