An intergenerational team of about 10 volunteers and two municipal staff members compose the food distribution team, welcoming you warmly and sharing best practices. No training required, though free training can be offered (food safety, beneficiary welcome, ethics). Kindness, respect, non-judgment and discretion are essential qualities.
