Possible tasks: set up and ensure everything is in place (plates, utensils, bread, water); support staff in meal preparation and kitchen help; be present during service (2 hours); warmly welcome guests; listen to people; share moments with them; ensure they have what they need; regulate distribution; restock as needed; clear and clean tables after service.
