Mission description

Friendly Educational Mutual Aid (E.S.A) invites students, professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly supporting students whose parents cannot help them directly. The role includes personalized mentoring (building confidence, methodology, guidance), broadening the child's perspective, and helping parents become more involved in their child's education. Volunteers offer one hour per week to guide a struggling student toward autonomy and self-confidence.
