Mission description

Support volunteers in using existing and new tools, install and configure tools in use, and troubleshoot computers remotely or on-site for hardware or software issues. Help the current IT coordinator. You should have a home computer with internet access and accept remote support and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Windows operating systems (7 and XP), Microsoft Office software (from 2003 onwards), and how to install, restore, or repair them is required.
