Mission description

Alone or with a co-delegate, your main responsibility is ensuring your delegation's development and impact. You oversee all delegation activities, work directly with your development manager, address challenges and share best practices, recruit and integrate new volunteers, ensure training is completed, support volunteer coordinators, organize regular meetings, and maintain the CRM system.
