Mission description

The Plate Fresco aims to promote plant-based eating by raising awareness about the ecological and ethical impacts of animal product consumption. It is an engaging workshop that explores current agricultural models, their ecological impacts, and ethical challenges. Participants make connections between consumption habits, animal exploitation, and planetary limits while testing their knowledge of healthy plant-based nutrition. They trace connections between different elements representing the livestock system and identify key data and figures in agriculture and food.
