Within the En S'Elle(s) project, volunteers support the professional facilitator. Together, we teach a target audience (mainly vulnerable women) to use bicycles. We're an organization bridging social, sports, ecological and cultural issues. Your mission is primarily to create social connection. During sessions, depending on the professional facilitator's needs, volunteers help learners feel comfortable on bikes, complete exercises and encourage them.
