I assist as an accounts manager (treasurer) for a France Parkinson committee

Mission description

The objective is to ensure the accounting follow-up of the departmental France Parkinson committee. We welcome you warmly in a friendly atmosphere. After a training period, you will: receive invoices after validation by the departmental delegate, process invoice payments by transfer, manage the accounting software and handle entries/exits, inform the delegate of account movements when necessary, liaise with the association's head office accounting service, and methodically file invoices for submission to head office twice yearly.
