Mission description

Help young people envision their future and build confidence in themselves. By joining ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help others with career guidance. You'll be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or people in career transition) who want to learn about your profession. During a one-hour interview (in-person, phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions about your career path, responsibilities, why you love your work, and its challenges.
