MamansCadeaux are moms, grandmothers, or women offering their time through cooking, transportation, and conversation for new mothers. Men can also participate. We want new mothers to feel supported in their new role and strengthen existing social bonds. Every woman deserves listening, time for self-care, and feeling good physically and mentally. Taking care of yourself helps you care for your baby. This support provides practical and emotional help, reducing parental stress and building community.
