Visit nursing home residents to provide quiet presence, attentive listening and support. Your role is to preserve social connections for isolated people and offer human warmth alongside family and care staff. After training, you'll brighten residents' daily lives through regular visits and conversation, becoming an attentive ear to their stories and concerns while offering compassionate presence.
