I help with logistics and coordination of training offered to associations

Mission description

Our Foundation offers training, support, and equipment donations to associations in the Loire-Atlantique. To organize these exchanges, the coordinator needs help. We're seeking someone for at least one day per week to manage communications and coordinate these actions. Your mission includes: • Booking halls and notifying speakers • Managing association registrations • Sending logistical and thank-you emails • Assessing associations' equipment and skill needs to relay to staff and businesses willing to help. All tasks follow well-documented processes.
