I'm a festival captain for GCNM! and lead volunteer teams on the ground

Mission description

Joining the Festival Team, you: lead and coordinate volunteer teams at festivals, serve as GCNM!'s reference person with volunteers and organizers, welcome volunteers, assign roles, and keep the booth energized, raise awareness through fun activities, organize morning briefings and end-of-day debriefings, ensure activities run smoothly throughout, manage small surprises, and provide simple feedback to the team afterward. GCNM! is a nonprofit association raising awareness among 15-35 year-olds about environmental health.
